Psyoptic Development is the brainchild of Engineer, fabricator, heavy metal bassist, self-admitted Land Rover Defender addict, and neurotic perfectionist, Jon Carter. Uninspired by the aftermarket off-road accessories available for Land Rover Defenders, he began to design and fabricate his own parts in 2009, after purchasing his first Defender. Leveraging his experience in defense research and development as well as industrial manufacturing, combined with an eye for detail, his aim is to develop and manufacture the highest quality aftermarket accessories for the Land Rover Defender, which are not only 100% functional by design, but also compliment the look of the iconic Land Rover Defender.
